Day polenta has Supino
Called the "Sagra della Polenta, the Sagra is a popular festival or traditional, a term derived from the Latin sacrum (sacred), therefore religious connotation in the sense of communion between people and the sacred but also to celebrate the pagan natureet natural fruit or those of human culture. This symbolic rite of origin has been preserved in different gastronomic festivals in Italy, which often revolve around a traditional dish regional or local. There are many Sagra in Italy by region and specialty change, the Polenta and Castagne are characteristic of Lazio. The "Sagra della Polenta" celebrated in this small village of Supino, lost in the unknown mountains tourism has kept all the flavor of the tradition.
